North American Indigenous Sports Workshop
Join us for a unique journey into the rich cultural heritage of traditional
North American Indigenous sports and games. Guided by native
instructors alongside members of the Czech National Lacrosse Team from
LC Pardubice, this workshop offers an educational exploration into
the historical and cultural significance of these physical activities.
Featured Activities:
* Endurance and Strength Events: eg. triple jump and Inuit stick pull
* High Kick Events: one-foot high kick, two-foot high kick, and
the Alaskan high kick
* Pain Tolerance Disciplines: wrist carry and knuckle hop
* Team Games: lacrosse and shinny
